By working against our body’s natural inclination to atrophy, we are able to fight off and reverse the aging process.
The human body has a threshold that MUST be crossed in order to cause a positive adaptive response. Through our slow and safe protocol constant tension is applied to the muscle until temporary muscular failure is reached, which sends the message the muscle must be built stronger.
Each and every piece of equipment used in your routine is set up to your body’s needs, accounting for any special requirements or limitations. This information is recorded and you are never required to adjust anything, simply sit and perform the actions as directed by your trainer. There is no guesswork for clients.
