Our scientifically designed, high intensity training protocol sends the very clear message to your body that more muscle and an improved metabolic rate are required, thus increasing strength, and reducing fat.
We help you understand what ‘exercise’ truly is, and how it should impact your body. Referred to as ‘high intensity training’, we assist you in taking yourself further than you possibly could on your own, and we do it safely.
We use the ‘exercise distilled’ approach to ensure you are getting the maximum positive impact to your body in the fastest, safest manner possible.
Protocol
The human body has a threshold that MUST be crossed in order to cause a positive adaptive response. Through our slow and safe protocol constant tension is applied to the muscle until temporary muscular failure is reached, which sends the message the muscle must be built stronger.
Time
Training only twice a week, the infrequent exercise schedule allows your body to fully recover and make consistent measureable progress. In as little as 20 minutes per session, you can fully impact the body in a positive manner.
Effective
Your progress is meticulously documented to ensure correct intensity, duration and frequency adjustments to maximize strength potential and eliminate all guesswork from your exercise program.
Each and every piece of equipment used in your routine is set up to your body’s needs, accounting for any special requirements or limitations. This information is recorded and you are NEVER required to adjust anything, simply sit and perform the actions as directed by your trainer. There is NO GUESSWORK for clients.
Staff
Your entire workout is supervised by your trainer; you are guided from machine to machine and coached through each exercise. Your ability to communicate with your trainer allows you to fully understand the impact of training at ReInvent each step of the way.
